Bruce Apparel offers FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders. All shipments are sent with a pro-active tracking number to monitor your delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS + TIMES
- All Australian Orders - FREE Standard Parcel Shipping (5-10 days)
- All Australian Orders - Flat Rate $10.00 AU Express Shipping (1-3 days)
- All International Orders - Flat Rate $30.00 AU Shipping (10-15 days)
- International shipping costs do not include any import duties or taxes you may incur.
- All orders are shipped within 24hrs of receiving the order.
- The delivery times provided are estimates only. Bruce Collective Pty Ltd can not be held accountable for delays incurred from freight providers which are not in our control.
- Please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Bruce Collective Pty Ltd can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
- Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately.
- We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
- Products are shipped with the authority to leave if you're not home. This means if you miss the delivery your order will be left in a secure location at your address. If the delivery driver deems a location as non-secure your order will be redelivered the following day.
- All local customs, import duties and fees are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Bruce Collective Pty Ltd will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Bruce Collective Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
- We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. You will receive an email on confirmation of your order.
- Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
- Email email@example.com if you find that your order is taking longer than expected.
- If notified before goods have been dispatched, Bruce Collection Pty Ltd can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped Bruce Collective Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
- The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care please contact customer service.
